Management considerations
- Assume tube/circulation/equipment problem until proven otherwise.
- Reconfirm tube with direct visualization if needed.
- Check capnography connection, circuit, and monitor.
- If in arrest/low-flow state, interpret EtCO₂ in resuscitation context.
